As per distance selling regulations if you are unhappy with your item bought from my ready to by selection you have 14 days from the day of delivery to arrange a return. Return shipping fees are to be covered by you. The item must be throughly wrapped and returned in saleable condition, a refund will be processed once the item is back with me and checked over for damage.

 

The guidelines do not cover custom ordered/commissioned items, these are NON refundable. 

I will send photos after I've completed any pieces so please make sure you are happy with all details of your order before agreeing for the item to be sent. Also please have measured the space you have to make the item will fit prior to placing an order.
